Due to the digital and service-based nature of our products and offerings, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances. This policy applies to both instant digital downloads and semi-custom branding packages. 

Digital Products

All digital products, including templates and downloads, are delivered instantly and cannot be returned or refunded. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and details before making a purchase. Should you encounter any issues accessing your files, please reach out to us at [your email address], and we’ll be happy to assist.

Semi-Custom Branding Packages

All sales of semi-custom branding packages are final. If you decide not to move forward with a purchased package, we’re pleased to offer credit toward a future project or product within one year. To redeem this credit, please contact us at Hello@soignebrandingstudio.com with your order details.

Soigné Branding Studio provides digital products and services. No physical items will be shipped for any products purchased. Buyers are solely responsible for printing of any digital materials purchased.
