He taught me so much about the meaning of hospitality and how to communicate with the audience at large. Throughout my career, I've run Michelin-starred restaurants and five-star hotels, with a smattering of event spaces, bars and brasseries along the way. I found my passion in figuring out ways to drive business to my properties during the struggle months, and it's morphed into a full-time business consulting clients on how to position themselves in an everchanging market.
